Celine Dion is Pregnant Again

For all you Celine Dion fans, she and hubby Rene are expecting their second child. After numerous visits to a fertility specialist in New York City, the one who helped them conceive with their first child, the announcement of her pregnancy was made.

She is a dynamite-looking 41 year old mom and wife. This baby will join eight year old Rene-Charles who entered first grade at a private school yesterday, according to one report.

Since a fertility specialist was used and multiple births have become the new thing among females in entertainment, I hope they are not in for an unexpected surprise down the road. I recall reading there were 14 children in Dion's family. I wonder if there were multiple births?

She's no longer playing nightly at Vegas and now they must play the waiting game. The singer and her manager/husband, 67, have long been vocal about wanting to have another child and playmate for their son.

Incidentally, Titantic played on TBN this past weekend. I did not watch it because I did not want to change my mood to sadness. My Heart Lives On sung by Celine Dion in that movie would have contributed to my sadness.

For now, I'm happy for the couple. I am wishing she has an uneventful pregnancy and healthy delivery of a baby girl! The baby is due next May.

Pregnant at 41, God bless her. Although if their other child is eight, then I don't see this child being much of playmate. I'll be hoping for all the best for them as well. Have a blessed day Avis.
