Curtis Conway and Laila Ali

Under a gazebo blanketed in rose petals at the Los Angeles Ritz Carlton, Laila Ali said “I Do" to her groom, Curtis Conway on Sunday. Conway is a former NFL player for the San Francisco 49’ers.

Many of us know Laila as the daughter of the World Champion Boxing legend, Muhammad Ali. Laila gained notoriety in her own right as a World Boxing Champion (super-middleweight) and Dancing with the Stars finalist.

People reports approximately 200 guests gathered for the secret ceremony and dinner reception. “Carrying a bouquet of pink roses, Laila walked down the aisle in a strapless, champagne-colored dress with star broaches at the waist and kissed her father, Muhammad Ali, who was seated in the front row and used a walker to get around." He has Parkinson's disease.

The nuptials kicked off with a version of Luther Vandross’ "Here and Now." There were eight members in the wedding party, including the bride and groom. The ceremony lasted about 20 minutes, according to People.

I am certain those interested, can be on the lookout for an upcoming issue of People or even the Enquirer for photographs of the couple’s wedding. It has always amazed me that no matter how top-secret an event may be for celebrities, there are always leaks.

Without insuation but what are the job duties of a Publicist?
