America, God shed His grace on thee and crowned thy good with bro
therhood, from sea to shining sea.
As we celebrate Independence Day, we must be mindful of what true freedom means. Christ came to set the captives free. Everyone who willingly accepts Him as Lord and Savior has cause for celebration every day!
Our Constitution was founded on biblical principles. Our currency states it is in God we will trust. I thought of a few of my favorite Praise and Worship songs to share with America on her birthday. When you celebrate with your family and friends as you enjoy the fireworks in your yard or in your town or city, remember all of the men, women and children who paid a price for the freedom we now enjoy. You are also encouraged to remember He who paid the greatest price for us all. If we are in Christ, we are free indeed! Happy Independence Day, United States of America!

The only song I recognize in your list Avis is "Amazing grace" Of course that song is as old as time itself probably. I have a copy of it by the late Johnny Cash

Great choices. Teaching youth Sunday School gave me a chance to go to and enjoy some great Christian Contemporary Music. Check out piano man Mark Schultz's new album. Have a blessed 4th of July!
